What is Steps?
STEPS transforms the way we serve in and as the church. It provides clarity and an understanding of Arana’s purpose and vision and gives opportunities for people to serve in their gifts and passions. It makes it easy for people to get involved by utilising their unique gifts and talents into our community.
But this isn’t just for newcomers! Although STEPS’ purpose is to help new people become a part of the Arana community, we want to see all our existing congregation, regardless of their involvement, come through this journey. We are training all our volunteers to showcase our vision.
There are new processes around training across all ministry areas. Perhaps there is a new area where you want to serve that is being introduced in STEPS. Perhaps you want to understand how our Purpose and Vision flows into our operations, ministry and community. Perhaps you want to join a group or consider becoming a group leader. Perhaps you aren’t a Partner (or Member) of Arana yet, but would like to become one or know more about what that means. Perhaps you would like to explore what kind of gifting God has placed in you. What are we getting at? STEPS is for everyone!

We intend to run STEPS at least once a term, either online or face-to-face.
Most of our STEPS journeys are now ONLINE! We run STEPS four times a year both online and in person; the dates for the next STEPS will be released soon. Please register by clicking the button below and completing the registration form. Excited to journey with you! |
